Fratelli Sicilia lemon cream is prepared with the extract of the juice of selected Sicilian lemons, including the squeezing of the citrus peel to obtain the essential oils and without the use of artificial flavors and colourings. Unlike a classic jam, the lemon cream is cooked at a temperature that does not reach 100°, in order not to alter the organoleptic properties of the product and to maintain its aroma and flavour.
